Refund Policy
When and how refunds apply.
We want you to be happy with our service. This policy explains when refunds apply.
1. Before Work Begins
Full refund if you cancel before we start work on your order. Just write to complykart@gmail.com with your order number.
2. After Work Begins
Once our team has started your filing or documentation, the professional fee portion is non-refundable. Unutilised government fees (not yet paid to authorities) are refunded in full.
3. Government Rejections
If your application is rejected due to our error, we re-file at no extra cost or refund the professional fee — your choice.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable
- Government fees already paid to authorities.
- Services fully delivered.
- Digital downloads accessed.
