Our content is information, not advice

We do not guarantee government outcomes

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee approvals, acceptance of filings, completion within a particular period, or any specific legal or commercial outcome. What we do guarantee is the service described in your package, performed properly under its terms.

Government fees, forms and procedures can also change without notice. Where our site shows such information, it reflects what was available at the time. Your package price covers our professional fee; government charges are separate unless expressly included.

Our team and our associates

Some services are delivered by our in-house team; others involve independent professionals — CAs, CSs, lawyers — or specialist vendors. Where we sell you the service, we remain responsible for our own contractual obligations regardless of who performs the work. Where you engage a professional directly under a separate agreement, that agreement governs.

Nothing here excuses negligence, deficient service or misleading conduct on our part — those remain our responsibility under the law.

Website availability and external links

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but no website is immune to technical issues. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work on every device.

We link to government portals, payment providers and other external sites for your convenience. We do not control those sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Check their terms and authenticity before sharing information or making payments there.

Files you download should be opened with normal precautions, and your own devices should carry appropriate security software.

Your responsibility

Give us accurate, complete information. Review the service description, scope and pricing before you buy. Keep copies of important filings and correspondence. Protect your login credentials. And tell us promptly if you spot a material error in something we delivered.

We are not responsible for consequences arising solely from materially inaccurate information you supplied, or from decisions made in disregard of limitations we communicated clearly. Our own errors and contractual obligations remain ours.

Our materials are ours

Liability, in plain terms

Nothing here excludes liability where the law forbids it: fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deficient services, breach of contract and your statutory consumer rights all remain intact.

Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, subject to any mandatory law giving you a different forum.
