Timelines depend on government processing speeds and timely submission of complete, accurate documentation from your side. Estimates provided are indicative, not guaranteed.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information and documents.
• Respond promptly to our requests for clarification or additional documents.
• Ensure you have the legal authority to engage us on behalf of your business.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with us is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver the service you requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for your filing (government authorities, banks) or by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities, incorrect information provided by you, or indirect/consequential losses.
