Most factories and contractors take 4 to 8 weeks to get audit-ready, depending on site size and existing records.
Three years, with a surveillance audit every year. A recertification audit follows at the end of the cycle.
Stage 1 checks your documents and readiness. Stage 2 is the on-site audit of actual implementation. The certificate follows a successful Stage 2.
