Refund Policy
When and how refunds apply.
We want you to be confident engaging ComplyKart. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
1. Full Refund
If we have not yet started work on your order — no documents prepared, no filing initiated — you receive a full refund of the professional fee paid.
2. Partial Refund
If work has begun but the service cannot be completed for reasons on our side, we refund the unutilized portion of the professional fee, calculated fairly based on work completed.
3. Non-Refundable
- Government fees, stamp duty, and taxes already paid to authorities cannot be refunded — this is their policy, not ours.
- Services fully completed and delivered (certificate/license issued) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable where delays result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
4. How to Request
Write to complykart@gmail.com with your order ID and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days.
5. Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 3–5 days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback — we resolve genuine issues quickly, and chargebacks delay everyone.
