No. Certificates are issued only by accredited certification bodies after their audit. We prepare you fully and coordinate the audit with the body.
Stage 1 is a document review. The auditor checks your quality manual and procedures. Stage 2 is an on-site audit of how you follow them. Both must be cleared for certification.
The certificate runs for 3 years. Every year, the certification body conducts a surveillance audit to confirm your system is still working. A full recertification happens after year 3.
No law makes it compulsory for most businesses. But many tenders and large buyers require it as an entry condition.
