What do you mean by APEDA?
APEDA is an acronym for Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority, a government organisation which was initiated in the year 1985 to foster the growth and development in the products via giving information about the financial assistance, statistics, formulate all the standards and regulate them accordingly of the export of scheduled products such as fruits, poultry, vegetables, dairy, sugar, cocoa products, etc. The central government implements the policies for a better framework. APEDA registration sets the necessary standards for registration of exporters on payments of the fees structure.
