- To develop, publish and trade study material, books, mock-test series, learning-management software, mobile applications and educational content in digital and print formats.

NIC Code: 85 — Education
Related Licences & Registrations
- Board affiliation / recognition: schools need CBSE/ICSE/state-board affiliation; pure coaching and test-prep centres generally do not need education-department licences.
- UGC / AICTE approval: only for degree-granting institutions — coaching and skilling companies must never claim university status.
- Shops & Establishments registration: needed for every physical centre.
- Copyright registration: register your study material and content — coaching content gets copied fast, and registration makes enforcement practical.
ROC Filing Notes
- Never use ‘university’, ‘degree’ or ‘deemed university’ in objects unless you actually are one. MCA rejects these outright, and UGC takes notice.
- Keep franchising as a separate numbered clause so the core education business reads clearly on its own.
- If you run both offline centres and an app, mention both. ROC has objected to ed-tech companies whose MOA mentions only ‘coaching institutes’ while the real business is an app.
