NIC Code: 82 — Office administrative, office support and other business support activities
Related Licences & Registrations
- No central licence for event management: permissions are per-event: police NOC, fire NOC, municipal permissions.
- PPL / IPRS licences: needed when playing recorded music at public events.
- GST registration: event budgets push turnover over the threshold quickly.
ROC Filing Notes
- MCA accepts ‘MICE’ but spell it out once in the objects — not every ROC officer knows the acronym.
- Wedding planning sits comfortably inside these objects; no separate ‘matrimonial services’ clause is needed.
- If the company will serve liquor at its own venues, that is a state excise matter per venue, not an MOA issue.
