Related Licences & Registrations

- GST registration: plus e-way bills for inter-state stock transfers between stores and warehouses.
ROC Filing Notes
- Multi-brand retail with foreign investment carries conditions under the FDI policy — the MOA objects are fine, but check the funding structure separately if foreign capital is involved.
- ‘Franchise’ in the objects is accepted language; the franchise agreements themselves are private contracts MCA never sees.
- Each new store needs its own Shops & Establishment registration — the MOA covers the business, not the individual outlets.
