- To provide packaging design, prototyping, contract packaging and private labelling services to food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, e-commerce and retail brands seeking sustainable packaging alternatives.
- To carry on the business of recycling, reprocessing and upcycling of paper, plastic, metal and glass waste into packaging raw materials, and to trade in recycled packaging inputs and finished eco-packaging products.

NIC Code: 17/22 — Manufacture of paper and paper products; Manufacture of rubber and plastics products
Related Licences & Registrations
- EPR Registration (CPCB): Plastic packaging producers, importers and brand owners must register on the centralised EPR portal and meet annual recycling targets — non-compliance draws environmental compensation.
- Pollution NOC: Manufacturing units need consent to establish and operate from the State Pollution Control Board.
- GST Registration: Packaging materials carry standard GST rates; EPR credits and recycled inputs need separate accounting treatment.
ROC Filing Notes
- Objects mentioning ‘plastic’ alongside ‘eco-friendly’ are fine — the ROC does not police the Single-Use Plastic ban; that enforcement sits with pollution control boards, not the MCA.
- EPR consultancy as a service object is acceptable, but avoid wording that suggests the company is a government-authorised Producer Responsibility Organisation unless it actually holds that registration.
