Related Licences & Registrations
- IATA accreditation: needed only if issuing international airline tickets directly — most startups use consolidators instead.
- State tourism department registration: for recognition as an approved tour operator.
- FSSAI licence and state excise (bar) licence: for the hospitality arm, if serving food or liquor — per property.
ROC Filing Notes
- ‘Visa assistance’ is safe MOA language — the company facilitates applications; it does not issue visas. The wording matters if MCA reads it closely.
- Hotels and travel can coexist in one MOA, but liquor service needs a state excise licence per property — the MOA cannot cover that.
- Foreign exchange dealing needs an RBI authorised-dealer licence — ‘advisory’ is the safe word in the objects.
