1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, developing, exporting, importing and selling innovative medical products and services to improve the lives of patients with debilitating diseases in India or any where else.
2. To carry on clinical research and development in multiple medical fields including but not limited to genetic disease, kidney disease, orthopaedics, cardiovascular disease, cancer, immune-mediated disease and transplantation in India or any where else.
3. To establish & maintain laboratories to carry on research in field as mentioned above.
